Caroline has been a Heart Rhythm Meditation practitioner and teacher for 18 years.  She teaches courses in-person and online.

Heart Rhythm Meditation is an ancient, easily learned, practical meditation.  It offers a profound shift in a person’s focus – from that of the mind alone to that of the heart and mind together.  The qualities held within your heart can help you improve your relationships, enhance your creativity and bring clarity and optimism to your next steps in your life.

Whilst we respect our physical and mental powers, the aim of practicing Heart Rhythm Meditation is to give you access to your third power – the power of your heart.  The greatest assets of our life – love, joy creativity and courage are often hidden by the protection we have built up around our hearts.  You can live without an awareness of your unique heart nature – just not as fully.

Courses are 5 weeks long and last one hour. Through the simple, guided practices each week  you can become:
